Fair housing

R35 supports the federal Fair Housing Act and equal housing opportunity. It is illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental or financing of housing because of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status or national origin. State and local laws may protect more characteristics.

Wholesalers who list on R35 must follow these laws. Listings that state a preference, limitation or discrimination based on a protected characteristic are not allowed.
